This position reports to the Depot Manager and is based in Oshakati.

Key responsibilities include:

Data Management
• Ensure accurate data entry and organized documentation.
• Report any lost or misrouted parcels following protocols.
Customer Service
• Respond promptly to customer queries and complaints.
• Process orders, handle returns, and manage communication effectively.
Inventory Management
• Track inventory, report discrepancies, and manage stock records.
• Generate reports on stock movement, losses, and damages.
Operations Support
• Support drivers and warehouse staff with schedules and route coordination.
• Ensure all waybills and driver documents are accurate and timely processed.
Financial Admin
• Process invoices and manage petty cash.
• Monitor expenses and identify potential cost savings.
• Prepare daily and monthly reports related to operations and key metrics,
• Maintain records in line with statutory requirements for auding and KPI tracking purposes.
General housekeeping.
Any other duties in line with the responsibilities of an Admin Clerk.

The suitable applicant will have

• Grade 12 with a minimum of 2-3 year’s relevant experience in the transport or warehouse environment.
• Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must have a high attention to detail.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office packages, proficiency in SAP/Parcel Perfect will be an added advantage.
• Must have sober habits.
• Must be able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Must have a valid Code of Conduct (Police Clearance) nor older than 3 months.
• Namibian Citizenship.
• Code B driver’s license.
