This position reports to the RSA Manager and is based in Johannesburg.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for performing various administrative tasks including but not limited to:

• Receiving visitors and direct them to appropriate personnel.
• Personal assistant to the National Manager – diary management, taking messages, scheduling appointments, etc.
• Daily follow up and liaising with customers regarding POD`S, Payments, and any other outstanding documentation.
• Handling of customer queries.
• Ensure proper document control in line with Company and statutory requirements.
• Administration of Jarrison Time (Employee time and attendance)
• Daily HR support and administration
• Daily Petty Cash Control
• Any other duties in line with the responsibilities of an Admin Support/Receptionist

The suitable applicant will:

• Be a South African Citizen
• Have a valid grade 12 certificate, with 2-3 years’ applied experience as an Admin Support/Receptionist and customer service.
• Be Computer literate (knowledge in SAP/Parcel Perfect will be a distinct advantage).
• Have attention to detail.
• Have a friendly disposition, is presentable and have excellent communication skills.
• Possess the ability to work under immense pressure.
• Have Initiative with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Be willing to work overtime.
• Have a high regard for honesty and integrity.
