This position reports to the Depot Manager and is based in Johannesburg.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for performing various administrative tasks including but not limited to:
• Cost verification of incoming shipments
• Weekly Revenue Reports
• POD and Invoicing of shipments
• Managing all Company Mobile contracts
• Monthly purchasing of staff refreshments and cleaning supplies
• Monthly ordering of stationary
• Creditors: Creating/submitting PO’s and submitting invoices
• Creating EFT Request
• Any other duties in line with the responsibilities of an Admin Assistant/Costing Clerk.
The suitable applicant will:
• Be a South African Citizen
• Have a valid grade 12 certificate, with 2-3 years’ applied experience as an Admin Clerk and customer service.
• Have Computer Proficiency (Excel, Word, Power Point and SAP).
• Highly organized to manage tasks/deadlines
• Have attention to detail.
• Time Management.
• Interpersonal Skills.
• No Criminal Record.
