This position reports to the Depot Manager and is based in Windhoek at Brakwater.
Key responsibilities include:
• Processing of POD’s
• Processing returns: Reverse Logistics
• Capturing Waybills
• Responsible for document signing off from clearing team
• Any other duties in line with the responsibilities of an Admin Clerk
• General housekeeping.
The suitable applicant will have
• Grade 12 with a minimum of 2 year’s relevant experience in the transport or warehouse environment.
• Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must have a high attention to detail.
• Must be a hard worker.
• Must be able to work independently but also able to lead a team under pressure.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office packages, SAP proficiency will be an added advantage
• Must have sober habits.
• Must have a valid Code of Conduct (Police Clearance) nor older than 3 months.
• Namibian Citizenship.
