The position reports to the Group Accounts Receivable Manager and is based at our Brakwater Depot in Windhoek.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Key responsibilities include:
• Complete documentation (Invoice and POD).
• Capturing and printing of invoices.
• Scan processed invoices & proof of deliveries daily.
• Daily forwarding of proof of deliveries & invoices to our esteemed clientele.
• Ensure that all waybills are followed up where documents are not received.
• Other general administrative duties in line with the responsibilities of an Invoicing clerk.
The suitable applicant will have:
• A valid Grade 12 (with at least 23 points).
• 2-3 years’ applied experience.
• Basic computer skills, knowledge in Parcel Perfect will be a distinct advantage.
• Attention to detail.
• Must be able to work accurately with figures.
• High regard for accuracy when capturing, costing, and invoicing of accounts.
• Willingness to work overtime.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• High regard for honesty and integrity
• Exceptional customer service background, presentable and good communication skills.
• Namibian Citizenship.
• Clean criminal record (Police Clearance Certificate) not older than 3 months.
